Your facilitators for the autumn support group are

A Friendship Circle At Congregation Bonai Shalom to support emotional and spiritual well being. The support group is being offered through the inclusion committee. The Friendship Circle will create a trusting and inclusive space for sharing and finding ways to cope and be uplifted. Meetings will be held for six consecutive weeks during the autumn, winter, spring and times in between if there is a need.

The High Holy Days are significant opportunities for reflection.   This past year was filled with varying degrees of emotions and people might be unprepared for the season. The Friendship Circle and Congregation Bonai Shalom is offering its first group which will meet weekly for six weeks.   The first meeting will be held during the ten days between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.  It's a significant time for possibilities &pathways to emerge and welcome in a year of support and potentiality.  A year of emotional and spiritual well being.
