Social Action Committee

The Social Action Committee identifies, supports, and publicizes projects and activities that will allow congregants to participate in Tikkun Olam with a sense of connection to Jewish tradition and teachings. These projects will focus on safeguarding against threats to life, the earth, freedom, human rights, human dignity, peace, and justice.

Education Committee

Our vision is creating and sustaining an interactive learning community at Congregation Bonai Shalom. By combining the traditional Beit Midrash (House of Study) style of learning with a modern approach, we open up the classical texts in a way that engages the mind, heart, and soul by providing diverse and meaningful opportunities for Jewish learning.
