Ramah in the Rockies Shabbat — December 6 at Bonai Shalom

Join us for a special Shabbat as we welcome Talia Salzberg Horowitz, Director of Camp Wellness at Ramah in the Rockies. Talia will join us during our regular Shabbat morning service, where we’ll weave in favorite camp melodies and a more interactive Torah service inspired by the Rockies experience.

It will be a mostly traditional Bonai Shalom Shabbat—just with a healthy dose of that Rockies ruach.

During Kiddush, Talia will be available to meet with prospective families curious about the Ramah in the Rockies experience and to connect with our growing community of current Rockies–Bonai families.

Come back in the evening for our family-friendly PJ Havdallah, where Rav Jacob and Talia will lead the program, followed by camp dances taught by Talia and some of our older campers. Teens—keep an eye out for communication from Talia! She’ll also be available at Havdallah to meet with families.

Talia is the Director of Camp Wellness at Ramah in the Rockies, where she supports the social–emotional health of campers and staff. A trained clinical social worker and yoga instructor, she brings a warm, attentive, and holistic approach to helping every child feel safe, supported, and cared for throughout the camp experience.
