The Enneagram is an open source personality typing system that has been developed over millennia by several spiritual traditions. It is a model of nine distinct but interconnected personality archetypes arranged around a star-like shape. For individuals, the Enneagram is used to increase self-awareness, reduce blind spots, and motivate self-management. For families and organizations, the Enneagram is used to improve relationships and interpersonal dynamics. Like the Kabbalistic Tree of Life (the sefirot), the Enneagram is considered a sacred map of consciousness. Like the Tree of Life, the Enneagram reveals the nature of reality and the true essence of our soul underlying the personality that we portray to the world. As Rabbi Howard A.
