We are so excited to celebrate with you!
Whether you're joining us in-person or via livestream, we wish you a sweet and healthy Shana Tova!
Keep in mind that everyone who attends ANY services MUST register. Our safety and security depend on this. Please don’t put our staff or volunteers in a tough position the day of the Holiday.

High Holiday Food Drive
Every year, Bonai Shalom collects nonperishable food during the High Holiday season to support our neighbors in Boulder and Broomfield counties.
This year, in collaboration with Congregation Har HaShem, we will collect bags of non-perishable, non-expired food at the BoulderJCC starting Erev Rosh HaShanah, 9/22, thru Yom Kippur, 10/2.
Local hunger is a reality with 33,650 people in Boulder County struggling with hunger, including 6,400 children. Every contribution matters! Our collection bins will be located inside the JCC on either side of the entrance doors.
Frequently Asked Questions
Security at High Holidays
We know security is top of mind for many people as we approach this year's holidays. The safety and security of our community is our highest priority. To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we will have enhanced security protocols in place at the JCC:
- Please avoid bringing large bags; All bags (including tallit bags) will be screened upon entry.
- Attendees may be subject to additional screening.
- All attendees must be registered beforehand and will be required to wear a nametag throughout all services.
- For the well-being of all, anyone unwilling to comply with security procedures will be asked to leave.
- The Boulder JCC is a weapon-free campus. Only Law Enforcement and our contracted Security Professionals are authorized to carry weapons.
We kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding as we work together to create a secure and welcoming environment. Please remain aware of your surroundings, and remember: If you see something, say something.
Thank you for helping us keep our community safe!
