Too often we talk past each other or are only waiting for our turn to speak
rather than truly listening to what the other person has to say. Sometimes we try to open ourselves up to others with emotional vulnerability but do not feel truly heard. In this workshop, we will learn and practice a script for having difficult conversations called "Issue Clearing." Working through a real-life example based on the Bonai Shalom WhatsApp chat of mid-July (about the showing of the "Innocence" movie), participants will have the opportunity to speak from their perspectives and experience being truly heard before being asked to do the same for others.
